ne good craft store like hobby lobby or micheals, Ur model shop should have them to. once u get the paper o have to get the cheimcal to spread it with. so bacislly u print what u want on the water slide paper using ur printer then spread it with the cheimcal let it dry then cut it dip it in water, and place it where u want it.
