yup sure is, its from the TMNT truck, the rear end is a 73 Mustang funny car, and the rear tires are from the "Tennesse thunder" kit, also the same as "orange blossom specail" then body is 55' pro sportsman kit

1/64 scale monsterjam hotwheel trucks make good pulller tires.
