I've used parts trees but its really annoying and they don't turn out looking great, they look decent though. I think NFC raceshop sells resin headers if you want to buy some.
Anyone else have tips? I'd like to know as well...

I use sometime home electircal wiring from the insulation part. never had a problem with it for 4 in a row and I have used small straws to cut to my desire for 4 into 1 type

you can also use copper of alumanum rode, like welding rode. its a little harder than soder and seams to last longer. bind them and glue the whole linth, or if you have a torch, weld them together at the tips, then drill a hole about the same size in the head and super glue it in

lol, I've used coffee straws to a pretty good result. You can't really bend them but they can look nice if you are patient with them...

The ones on my new years car are made from parts trees. All you have to do is clean 'em up really well and don't be afraid to burn your fingers. Good luck!!!!

i drill a small hole where the headers would go to the motor(4 holes per side) and use .062 solder and heat shrink tape to make 4into1's or just glue for 4 in a rows
