Its where you cut or cold bend the front frame of a car down to make it straight. It makes the front of the car harder.
P.S. Don't pitch 'em in the box. The sweet spots a little further back.

For those of you who might be confused on this. After the demo most cars have the front ends sky high right? well tilting is basicly pulling the front end down After the demo but you tilt BEFORE the demo which helps keep the front end down a little longer. you can tilt two ways. ONE you cut and reweld which most people do ( i think) or you put the frame/car on a trailer or frame machine and cold bend it. if you use a trailer chain down the fraont and rear end and jack up where you want to "tilt" the frame at. some do it at the firewall some do it farther back which is where BillyBigRig937 refered to as the "sweet" spot at the tranny cross member.
