I am building this one for a cbp on a drag racing site. I done some research, and found that this car is a "phantom". So i made my own custom paint for it, and will be using the kit decals. It is a fresh start, so the progress hasnt made it very far...lol. I have to finish prepping the body, and it and its components will be ready to prime and paint. I have one more coat of paint to put on the mototr, and i can get it finished. I havent decided how much detail i am going to put into yet.
The pin they had for mounting the distributor on, was a tiny little thing, so i drilled it out, and put in an aluminum tube for the shaft. Now it looks right.
I filled the axle holes in the block with clear part tree.
